Overview

This online store is operated under the ToolFellas brand and is hosted on Shopify. These terms apply to your use of our website and purchases from our store, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

Using the store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or use the store with the authorization of a parent or guardian. Provide accurate order and contact information. Do not use the website for unlawful activity, fraud, or attempts to interfere with the store or other customers.

Products and compatibility

ToolFellas sells tool organization and storage accessories. Read the product description and the stated compatible tool and PACKOUT case models before ordering. Tools, batteries, sockets, cases, and other accessories shown in photographs are not included unless the listing expressly says they are.

Products are made to order. Colors can vary slightly between screens and actual products, and 3D-printed products can have visible layer lines and minor surface variations. These descriptions do not remove your rights if an item is defective or does not match its description.

Independent accessories

ToolFellas is an independent brand. References to Milwaukee, PACKOUT, Knipex, and other brands identify compatibility or the products an accessory is designed to hold. Those trademarks belong to their respective owners. ToolFellas accessories are not manufactured by or endorsed by those brands unless expressly stated.

Prices, payments, and orders

Store prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Review the order total before paying. We may correct an error in a product description or price; if an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding with a changed price or item.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and refund amounts paid for the unfulfilled items. We may decline an order for suspected fraud or unlawful activity, subject to applicable law.

Order changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us promptly through our Contact page. We will confirm what is possible based on the status of your order. Because products are made to order, a change may not be possible once production or dispatch has begun. Mandatory cancellation rights under applicable law still apply.

Refunds and delivery

We do not accept physical returns or exchanges. Refund requests can be made within 7 calendar days of receiving an item through our Contact page; no return shipment is required. See our Refund Policy for the process. Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy.

Third-party services and links

Payment, delivery, and website services may be provided by third parties. External links, including links to manufacturer product pages, are provided for customer information. Review the policies of external websites when you use them. This section does not limit ToolFellas' responsibilities to you under applicable law.

Do not copy or commercially reuse ToolFellas-owned website content without permission, except where permitted by law. Third-party trademarks and other rights remain with their owners.

Consumer rights and responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantee, refund, cancellation right, liability, or other protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Updates and contact
